Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)

THE WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE position plays a critical role in supporting general warehouse production in a fast-moving business.

HCP Concierge is a Pharmaceutical Marketing Logistics Company focused on helping pharmaceutical and other life sciences businesses improve their sales and marketing. The Warehouse Associate will be a part of a team dedicated to the packaging and distribution of client materials. The Warehouse Associate will perform key tasks to drive distribution business forward. Tasks are designed to help fulfill orders for our clients to our nationwide team and healthcare professionals. It is crucial that the Warehouse Associate remains detail oriented and efficient while performing repetitive tasks. Although repetitive, the tasks will vary as they follow the flow of the growth and needs in our business.

The Warehouse Associate is a member of our internal team, available Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. We are looking for people who are consistently available on these days/times.

Hiring In: This position is located at our warehouse based in King of Prussia, PA. This is a climate-controlled environment due to the nature of our business.

Timing:** Training dates are to be determined.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

• Provide support to the Warehouse production team with picking, packing and distributing products from our Pharmaceutical company clients
• Fulfilling orders through attentiveness to detail and organization
• Distribute and manage inventory within guidelines provided by management and FDA/state regulations
• Operate ethically and in accordance with the company’s process and strategy
• Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations

Job Requirements of the Warehouse Associate:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong work ethic
• Physical stamina
• Professional, proactive demeanor
• Must reside locally / within commuting distance
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
• Forklift and Pallet Jack skills preferred
• Essential Core Competencies: Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Intellectual Horsepower, Drive For Results, Dealing With Ambiguity
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly
• Background check and drug screen required
