Responsibilities
As an in-person provider with Grow Therapy, you’ll play a crucial role in serving your local community by offering compassionate, measurement-informed care. Responsibilities include:
- Providing in-person mental health therapy to clients in Washington in your own space. You may offer occasional telehealth sessions when clinically appropriate or client-requested.
- Conducting initial assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, and treatment planning in alignment with best clinical practices.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in our integrated EHR system.
- Collaborating with Grow Therapy’s administrative and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Upholding ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensure board requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active independent clinical license in Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Must have held independent clinical licensure for at least one year.
- Must be based in Washington and available to see clients in person in your own office or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and commitment to culturally competent care.
- Passion for growing a sustainable, client-centered private practice.
Please note that if you do not hold one of the above licenses, are not located in Washington, or have not held independent licensure for at least one year, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.
